See This is part 2 of a 4 part awareness, movement, and mobilization program. In this part, part 1, there is some simple introductory material. In part 2 Tom takes you through the actual exercises slowly, and in part 3 he does the same thing even more slowly. Then, in Part 4, he’ll do a whole basic routine that you can follow along with in 10-15 minutes. This is something you can do every day, or at least do elements of it every day.
